The workshop will consist of invited talks, contributed talks, and a poster session. Contributors can choose a preferred presentation type from �gOral only�h, �gPoster only�h, or �gOral or Poster�h. A submission of the �gOral or Poster�h type will be reviewed as an oral presentation and if it is not accepted as an oral presentation, it will then be reviewed as a poster.
Authors of accepted papers for oral presentations or a poster session should prepare a final extended abstract (at most two pages on A4 paper using at least 11-point fonts) to be included in the workshop abstract book. Please submit the abstract by December 20, 2007. The format is the same as the format for oral/poster submission.

Correction/Withdrawal of Submitted Manuscripts
You can update or withdraw your submission during the open period. There
will be no extension after the deadline.
Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent via e-mail by November 30, 2007. Please note that presenters not registered by the early-registration deadline (December 20, 2007) will have their submission automatically withdrawn. On-line registration will be available at the TQC web site in December 2007.
Post Proceedings
A selection of accepted papers for oral presentations will be published
in the post-proceedings by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer
Science series.
